CLASSES

Cardio then Barre

Start the class with 15 minutes of cardio followed by 45 minutes of Barre.

Just Barre

Listen to upbeat musc and use a ballet bar as a prop, this class will take you through a combination of yoga, pilates and ballet. Tone, strengthen and balance your entire body in 60 minutes.

Express Barre

45 minute condensed Barre format. Great for those looking to maximize time and still get a full body workout.
